What can a dietitian do for you?

With the information you provide, TDNC will help you learn and understand what it means to eat healthy.  

 

After reviewing your medical history and labs, Tammy Davison, RD, CDCES, will individualize your personal care plan and teach you about all the wonderful foods you CAN eat; ultimately providing you with meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists to make your transition to healthy living easy and attainable.     

 

You will learn how to select foods that will work for you (ex. carbohydrate counting), and how to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.  

 

TDNC can help you slow the progression and reduce symptoms of various disease states by adjusting nutrients in your meal plan.  

 

TDNC communicates with your doctor and other members of your health care team to review and monitor your personal wellness care plan and progress. 

Scheduling your appointment is as easy as 1-2-3!

  

1.  Obtain a referral from your physician.  Forms can be emailed, mailed, or faxed to our office at (928) 233-8150, or dropped off in person.

 

2.  Obtain your recent medical information.  This should include doctor's progress notes and labs.  These forms can be faxed to our office in  advance.  

 

3.  Give us a call at (928) 530-5430 and we'll fit you in.   

 

You can also fill out your information in the contact box to the right.  We'll call or email you back to answer any questions you might have and get you scheduled for your first appointment.
